Learn about how this Olmsted-designed park was created, how it led to the creation of other parks in Montclair, and why the park is a candidate for the National Register of Historic Places.

Friday, June 6 2008: The artist William K. Munro filled two sketchbooks with gorgeous, finely detailed pencil sketches capturing the essence of Anderson Park. Framed selections of his work are being offered for sale, and the proceeds are kindly being donated to Friends of Anderson Park by his family. His work will be on display along with watercolors by his daughter Edith Munro at the BrassWorks Gallery in Montclair, beginning with a reception on June 6. The show runs through August.
